This module is designed to improve the business planning skills of micro-enterprises in Kenya. With improved business capacity and support from financial service providers, they are able to grow their revenues and create employment for the youth.
The business and Strategic Planning module is designed to inculcate in entrepreneurs skills that will lead to the formalization of a business. A thorough understanding of strategic visioning and the whole planning dynamics combined with passion should yield more income for the business. This should lead to increased demand for capital and the establishment of more formal structures necessary for business growth. The INUKA program is designed to aid the businesses to grow through the provision of capital and formalization for eventual success.
